Carrie advises venture capital investments, accelerators, and early-stage companies on investment decisions, market entry, commercialization, and traction. With a proven ability to help founders navigate challenges, she accelerates growth and shortens development cycles, enabling startups to scale quickly and efficiently.

She has held leadership roles managing multi-billion-dollar P&Ls at Fortune 300 and international companies. Notably, she was Senior Vice President of Commercial at Neste, driving $9 billion business growth in biofuels and chemicals, and Sales Director for the Americas, Middle East, and APAC at BP in lubricants and additives. She also held leadership roles at Cummins, innovating in power generation across telecom, data centers, and drilling.

Carrie has led teams across three continents and achieved success in product commercialization and expansion.

She graduated with distinction in Economics from the University of International Business and Economics, earned a Master's in Management with merit from the London School of Economics, and a Master's in Marketing Research with merit from Texas A&M. She is also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and a lean management master.
